Over four days, you’ll gain hands-on experience and invaluable insights into microcement installation, surface preparation, and sealing. Come learn from one of the country’s top microcement applicators, Bart Randolph. In a very short period of time, Randolph has built a successful microcement application and sales company. As the popularity of microcement has increased, so has the need for properly trained installers. Texcrete Designs is now offering the most advanced, in-depth microcement training program in the United States. Our training courses are geared towards professionals.

Tuesday – Introduction to Microcement

We will cover the entire product line of CimentArt Microcement, from the primer to the bi-component polyurethane. You will learn the basics of the CimentArt Microcement process during this course.

Wednesday – Surface Preparation: Floors, Countertops, Showers, and Walls

Go in-depth with our team to learn how to properly prep your substrates: tile grout joints, water-resistant plywood countertops, accent walls, cement board, shower pan mud bed, and drains.

Thursday – Application

On Thursday, we will apply the techniques learned in Tuesday’s class to apply our Traditional Microcement to the floor and Aqua Microcement to the shower and countertop you prepped on Wednesday.

Learn how to properly install microcement on inside and outside corners, a sink, shower drain, and much more.

Friday – Sealing, Bi-Component Polyurethane, and Business Topics

We will finish working on our showers, go through the process of sealing and applying polyurethane. We will also cover installation processes and procedures, time frames, dealing with contractors, pricing, and sales strategies.

Pricing

The cost for four days is $2,500, which covers pastries, coffee, and lunch.

You will also leave with a binder filled with all TDS sheets, working methods, and a signed certificate.
